On Sunday July 13, the Walled Garden will open its doors from 11am to 3pm in support of the National Garden Scheme charities.

Refreshments will be available and there will be a plant stall.

Entry is £3.

If you can wait until Saturday, September 13, entry is free – as part of the national Heritage Open Days programme.

This year the focus will be on the garden during World War One. Visitors will be able to get a glimpse of what was going on at the Estate and discover the stories behind the 99 gallant men who grace the Luton Hoo Roll of Honour.

Cakes, teas, a guided tour and illustrated talks will be on the agenda.
