The Luton & Dunstable Hospital Rheumatology Deparment is holding a drop-in patient and public evening next month entitled Looking at a Healthier You.
It takes place at Luton’s Chiltern Hotel from 6pm to 8pm Thursday, March 24, when professionals will be on hand to discuss the benefits of stopping smoking, reducing alcohol intake and increasing physical activity.
You’ll need to register by 5.45pm on the day.
