Unit One is 10,000 square ft, while unit two is slightly larger at 11,140 square ft.

Bray Fox Smith stated online: "The regeneration of Power Court will provide up to 1,200 new homes and create hundreds of jobs, creating a new mixed-use quarter for existing and new residents to live, work and play.

"The regeneration of Plot E will comprise 177 residential units developed over the retail/ leisure space. The University of Bedfordshire’s Luton campus is located immediately opposite the development and the units have direct frontage overlooking the new public realm and Church Street.
