LAMP will be taking part in the St Albans Abbey Sleep out on Friday, December 5.

The charity supports 16-25 year olds, who find themselves homeless. The Sleep out raises awareness of homelessness and raises funds for several local homelessness charities.

Groups from Vauxhall Motors, St Mary’s Church, Luton Christian Fellowship, Putteridge High School and Dunstable Explorer Scouts will be taking part.

A spokesperson for the charity said: “This event is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we really need people to get behind those sleeping out and sponsor them to help raise funds for our young people this Christmas.”
