Luton and Dunstable Cycling Forum is asking to people to sign up for the charity bike ride.
Riders can raise money for any charity or cause they want through a sponsorship form.
Cyclists can choose the 20 miles route, which is on shared paths and quiet roads, or the 40 miles, which is a road route with some steep hills.
Both routes start at Kensworth Village Hall and take riders through the Chiltern countryside, they start between 9am and 10am on Sunday, August 21.
Any surplus from the entry fees will be donated to Sustrans, the sustainable transport charity.
Advance registration is £10 per adult, £5 for under 16’s and on the day registration is £5 extra per ticket.
