Man dies in collision between a car and a tractor in Streatley

The collision happened shortly before 1.40pm on Sundon Road.

Emergency services attended but sadly a man was pronounced dead at the scene, next of kin have been informed and are being supported by a specially trained officer.

A second person was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.

Sergeant Neil Lavender said: “This is a tragic incident and our thoughts are with those who have lost a loved one. I’m appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to contact us on 101 to help us establish the circumstances.”
