“Everyone has been pulling together to put energy into the Market, add atmosphere, new stalls and fun for the children – we were delighted to welcome the new Mayor Cllr Peter Hollick and his Mayoress Cllr Ann Sparrow, as well as some fun characters like Mini Mouse and Royal cut outs.

“The Market was full of flags, balloons, sweets, music and of course Tea Cups on the Square for children.

“When talking to residents we explained the ideas and ambitions to encourage more residents to the town, especially on the first Saturdays of the month for the Special Saturday and Special Market events.

“Thanks to Dunstable Town Council staff and councillors together with CBC councillors, local volunteers, charity groups, stall holders for their help and positive spirit to make the day a fun experience in the town, and for the residents and children who came along to make it all worthwhile!!

“I’d love to hear what you thought if you were in the market on Saturday [email protected]
