New workout for cancer patients
CANCER patients are to benefit from a new partnership between Macmillan Cancer Support and Active Luton.
The charity and the sport and leisure trust have teamed up to offer a tailor-made exercise programme for anyone who is having or has had treatment.
The Cancer and Physical Activity pilot will run for a year, predominantly from Lea Manor Sports Club.
Staff will work closely with Macmillan experts to cater for individual’s needs.
