New year party with the animals at Woodside

The park, which is located close to Slip End, will be open from 9am until 5pm and has been declared a hangover free zone for the entire day.

In the Cheeky Monkeys heated indoor play barn, little visitors can enjoy lots of party activities as well as the usual cat flaps to crawl through, punch bags to dodge, uneven stepping blocks to master, spinning disks and ball pools.

There is also the Spook Room, which boasts dangling snakes, skeleton rollers and a mouse hole maze.

The animals, including llamas, squirrel monkeys and pigs, will be welcoming the new year with their usual meandering.

And customers will be able to feed the animals, cuddle the farm’s resident rabbits and have a go on the helter skelter.

There are also tractor rides on offer for youngsters who fancy a short trip in true farming style.

There will be no entrance fee on New Years Day – a saving for families of £7.50 for adults and £6.50 for children.

Instead a donation of £2 per person will be taken on the day and proceeds will be given to Keech Hospice Care.
