NOAH inspires unique store

THE former Arkaid furniture store in The Mall has been relaunched as Inspired Interiors.

All proceeds from the light and airy shop, which occupies units 7 - 9 and sells quality furniture and household goods at extremely reasonable prices, will go towards NOAH Enterprise, the Luton charity looking after the homeless.

NOAH trustee Lord Bill McKenzie cut the ribbon and said: “Inspired Interiors is the right name because so many people get inspiration from NOAH.

“And its vital work is needed even more in the economic climate in which we find ourselves.”

Chief executive Jim O’Connor said: “This store is unique in so many ways.

“We are bringing high quality furniture into the centre of Luton at amazing value.

“But what fills me with joy is that all the proceeds go towards supporting the work of NOAH Enterprise which helps the homeless, destitute, those living in poverty and excluded from society.
