Offer to help get cats neutered

Feline Cat Rescue is offering cat owners a special offer on neutering due to the high cases of unwanted and abandoned kittens this year.

The Rescue will neuter and microchip up to two cats in the household for £10 throughout October and November at Studley Road Veterinary Surgery.

Amanda Courtney, Feline Cat Rescue coordinator, said: “Our aim is to reduce the number of unwanted kittens born in the Luton and Dunstable area next year.

“At present we have around 30 cats looking for loving forever homes, many are abandoned in boxes. We want this to be a lot less next year and the best way to do this is to neuter as many cats as we can.”
