Harvey was last seen in Luton on Friday (June 10).
The 17-year-old is described at slim, with brown hair and wearing a black varsity jacket and Louis Vuitton cross body bag.
Police have issued a picture of the missing teenager in the hope that someone recognises him and gets in touch.
He also has links to Houghton Regis and Bedford.
