Relationship Coaching is now being offered in daytime or evening sessions.
It could offer a lifeline to people who are single, divorced or separated, and struggling to meet the right partner.

Hide AdRelate says: “Coaching, unlike counselling, is action-based and solution-focused.”
And the team explains: “Working one-to-one with a qualified Life Coach, the aim of the programme is to focus on the relationship aspect of your life to help you improve your chances of finding and maintaining good personal relationships.”
The idea is to work together to set goals and cover topics such as building self-esteem, how not to attract ‘the wrong people’, the highs and lows of online dating, and eliminating emotional baggage.
It’s all tailored to individual needs.
And sessions take place fortnightly, over a period of around three to six months.
