A man remains in a critical condition in hospital after his car fell several feet into a dried river bed in Luton.
Officers were called at around 5.46pm yesterday (Tuesday) to reports of a road traffic collision in Pastures Way, in the Lewsey Park area of Luton.
A spokesperson for Bedfordshire Police said: "Emergency services attended and on arrival found a car had fallen several feet into a dried river bed.

"The driver was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
