The planning application to relocate Luton Rugby Club to a new home to the north of Sundon Road has been withdrawn.

A new application addressing some of the concerns raised will be submitted in due course.
A spokesperson for Forte Developments, the developer, said: “We are aware of the concerns raised about this application and have been looking to address them.

Hide Ad"To do this most effectively we have withdrawn the existing application and will submit revised plans in due course.
“Amongst the changes being considered is a redesign of the clubhouse, greater landscape screening between the site and Lower Sundon along with further tweaking of the development generally.”
Further information on the changes will be announced prior to the new amended application being submitted.
