Police release picture of missing 18-year-old last seen in Luton

She hasn't been seen since New Year’s Eve

Bedfordshire Police are appealing for your help to find Heizel.

The 18-year-old was last seen in Luton on December 31.

She is described as South American, 5ft 4in, of medium build with long straight dark brown hair and light grey eyes.
