Bushmead Primary School and Warden Hill Infant School were presented with an equal share of £3,100, money that will be spent on new playground equipment, thanks to Harrison Murray Estate Agency (part of The Nottingham).

The schools benefitted following a competition that saw youngsters from both schools design colourful estate agency For Sale signs.

The winning entry was turned into a real For Sale board and for every vendor who chose it instead of a generic sign to advertise their property being on the market, each school received £25 from Harrison Murray Estate Agency.

Property sales manager Alan Cave said: “We’ve been running this competition for over a year now and previously presented each school with £400 so it was fantastic to return with even bigger cheques this time around.”

Both schools chose to buy new playground equipment with the money.
