Luton town centre shop could be turned into self-service laundrette under new plans
A grocery shop in Luton could soon change into a laundrette after the owners submitted plans to the council.
Dublin' Laundrette Ltd has outlined proposals to replace Luton Grocery, in Chapel Street, with a self-service laundrette, including five washers and four dryers.

There would also be a folding station once clothes are cleaned, ironing equipment and a seating area.
If plans are approved, an extraction flue will be installed at the rear of the building.
