Presentation night goes just swimmingly
Mayor of Milton Keynes, Keith McLean, presented the awards to the winning teams and Councillor Derek Eastman gave out cheques to the charities at a ceremony at the Holiday Inn.

Hide AdOrganiser Bill Blyth said: “We can’t thank enough all the people – charities, friends, families, businesses and Rotarians – who gave so generously of their time and money to make this Swimathon a success. And special thanks go to all the disabled swimmers who did their own Swimathon for us, raising £2,500.”
Cheques were given to Willen Hospice, Macmillan, Westbury Arts Centre, Dogs for the Disabled, West Bletchley Counselling and Wellbeing Service, Works 4 Us, Leo’s Appeal and MK Academy’s Interact Club.
Mr Blyth was presented with an award to thank him for chairing the Swimathon committee for the last 10 years.
