Samaritans say: Talk to us 24/7

Luton Samaritans will be manning a stall in the Mall and holding a balloon race at Market Hill.

If you’d like to know more about the charity and would like to donate or find out about volunteering, they’d be delighted to talk to you and answer any questions.

Last year 88 volunteers in the town answered more than 24,000 calls for help.

The service is available round the clock every day of the year.
