Self confidence boost for young

A not-for-profit social housing group is running a 13-week course to boost self esteem among its young residents as well as the local community as part of a new AQA learning scheme.

Aldwyck Housing Group is providing the programme after a recent ChildLine survey revealed many more young people are asking for support over self confidence issues.

As part of the Aldwyck programme, youngsters will receive an AQA qualification in ‘Building confidence and self esteem’ which is designed to help improve matters by learning what self esteem means and how to make positive changes.
