Funded by Bedfordshire and Luton Community Foundation and sponsored by Vauxhall, the LETS Appenticeships and Careers Fair was held in partnership with Luton Borough Council and Jobcentre Plus.
Mostaque added: “By working together to connect people to potential employers we are having a noticeable effect not only on the town’s unemployment level but more importantly in the life chances of people in the town.
“People are showing that they have the desire and the need to get the skills they need to enter the workplace and we are only too pleased to help the council and the job centre to do that with the private sector.”
