A teenager who died in a crash in Streatley has been named

A teenager who died in a road traffic collision in Streatley last week has been named by police.

Michael Cash, 17, from Borehamwood, died following a collision with a tractor on Sundon Road, shortly before 1.40pm on Monday, November 20.

Officers are continuing to appeal for witnesses to the incident.

Sergeant Richard Cruse, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire collision investigation unit, said: “This is a tragic incident in which a young man lost his life and our thoughts are with his family and friends.

“I’m appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision between a black Ford Focus and an agricultural vehicle to contact us on 101 to help us establish the circumstances.”

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Bedfordshire Police on 101, quoting Op Darnwick.
