Road closed after bin lorry collides with scaffolding
A road has been closed in Luton after a bin lorry collided with scaffolding.
Following the incident– which occurred at around 8.45am this morning– police have closed off London Road between Whitehill Avenue and Windsor Street.
The Luton News understands that the council has sent a structural engineer to survey the damage.
