Schoolboy taken to hospital after Lewsey Swimming Pool incident
A schoolboy is in a critical condition after getting into difficulties during a swimming lesson, the Luton News understands.
The incident occurred during a school trip to Lewsey Swimming Pool, Pastures Way, yesterday morning.
The Active Luton pool was closed shortly after.
It was later reopened at 5pm.
The Luton News has contacted East of England Ambulance Service and Luton Borough Council for comment.
