Two fire crew from Luton and one from Stopsley arrived within minutes to the blaze.

“Firefighters then ventilated the building and the lady and two children were taken to hospital by ambulance for further medical examination.”

Eyewitnesses have reported that windows were blown out from the flames.

The situation is now stated to be under control.
