Wanted man arrested by police
POLICE in Luton have arrested a wanted man who was released on licence from prison in Scotland, but failed to comply with the conditions imposed upon him.
Officers had been searching for Ivy Brown, aged 31, who they believed was in the Luton area where it is thought he had previously lived and has contacts.
Police had warned members of the public that under no circumstances should they approach Brown who was considered to pose a considerable risk of violent behaviour.
A police spokesman confirmed this afternoon that he had been arrested in Luton this morning.
