Was garden wall vandalism racially motivated?

A wall was vandalised in Luton in what is believed to be a racially motivated incident.

Between Monday 13 March and Saturday 18 March, a wall in Turners Road South, Luton, was vandalised and police are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.

PC Ryan Chandhar, investigating, said: “This was a needless act of vandalism and has caused the owners a great deal of stress. I am appealing to anyone with information, as well as any witnesses who might have seen anything suspicious in the area, to get in touch and help us find those responsible.
