Kelly Bramwell, 36, appeared in crutches at Luton Magistrates Court to answer charges of driving without a licence, without insurance, and injuring three people through dangerous driving.

It was alleged the injuries were caused in an incident on Bedford Road on January 31, as Ms Bramwell was allegedly behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta.

Due to difficulties the defence had obtaining instructions, the matter was adjourned until March 30.
