Woodland trail to enchant unwell children

FAITH Woodland Communities have created a series of nature trails designed to delight children with life-limiting conditions as well as the wider community.

New pathways have been laid at Keech Hospice Care as well as Bramingham Woods.

Project officer Ryad Khodabocus said: “There are real mental as well as physical benefits from being outdoors in peaceful, relaxing green spaces.

“Many people feel a spiritual connection with nature.

“This is an incredibly important topic when working with the children at Keech and demonstrating the cycle of life.”

The trail is also intended to be the focus of relaxation and fun.
