At Beckerings Reservoir Ric Iles landed the mirror known as Little Gerty at 25lb 4oz, while on North House Lake Ray Charman banked a 25lb 8oz common and Carlo Borromeo a 20lb 2oz common.

Simon Heath snared two commons from the South Lagoon at 19lb 4oz and 10lb, while EHWMC fished the Grand Union Canal at Dolphin Lane last Sunday.

Rain and boat traffic saw low catches, as C Palmer triumphed with 41lb 4oz of bream and skimmers.

Runner-up was M Howard with 21lb 1oz of bream, perch and a 5lb ghostie, J Fisher was third with 12lb 14oz of skimmers, roach and perch and T Fisher fourth on 9lb 13oz of skimmers and perch.

Abbey Lads fished the Grand Union Canal at Pitstone on the same day, with K Ward victorious with 15lb 10oz, including a 6lb carp along with bream and roach.

D Smith was runner-up with 10lb 14oz of skimmers, S Marsh third with 10lb of roach, and K Young fourth with 9lb of roach and skimmers.
