ANGLING: Vauxhall AC
Despite poor weather conditions, the first match of 2014 took place at Vauxhall AC’s Tingrith Manor Lake in the middle of January as 18 fished for a total weight of over 132lb.
When access to the River Great Ouse at Radwell and Sharnbrook is possible the mild daytime temperatures have kept the big fish on the move with Trevor Pole finding barbel to 14lb and chub to 6lb 8oz.
