Awesome Luton stun Scunthorpe

LUTON produced their best performance yet as they thrashed Scunthorpe 53-17 on Saturday to record an outstanding National Three Midlands bonus point victory.

After an even, hard-fought, first half, the visitors took complete control of the game in the second period to overwhelm the home team scoring a massive 36 unanswered points.

Having made the long trip north, Luton did the hard work in the first half before cutting loose in the second.

Luton were solid in the set-piece, while their backs and forwards combined well to score eight tries.
