Devine to face Ockuko at York Hall
LUTON boxer Michael Devine will fight Ideh Ockuko at York Hall on July 7, writes Mike Simmonds.
Devine, 23, who has won seven of his eight pro bouts, most recently defeating Robin Deakin on points at the Brentwood Centre last Saturday, steps back up to six rounds once more.
Ockuko, 32, was born Nigeria, but lives in London, has four wins and six defeats from his 10 bouts, while recently beat Lutonian Duane Grimes, but lost to Shamrock BC fighter Bobby George.
