The 30-year-old has won his four previous bouts and comes up against his Jamaican opponent, 31, who has won five and drawn one of his 32 fights so far.

The contest sees Prospere step up to six rounds for the first time as he said: “McKray is a good fighter, but I have proven already that I am a ‘Hitman’ type of fighter as two of my bouts have not gone past the first round.

“I think I’ll take him out and I don’t mean dinner!”

Prospere has already been snapped up by London Management and Promotional Group The Ring 1910. Com.

Managing director and boxing co-ordinator at The Ring, Mark Burford added: “Luton have a very, very special boxing talent in Kay.

“He has somehow gone under the radar and we are over the moon to have him signed to us.

“This kid has champion written all over him.

“You don’t see many like him, unbelievable power.

“If he wasn’t signed to us, I’d write to the British Boxing Board of Control and ask that they ban him. That’s how hard Kay punches.”
