Reynolds win NABC title
Luton fighter Jordan Reynolds, 17, beat England international Kaseem Mahmood unanimously on points in the 63-66kg Welterweight section final of the National Ambition Boxing Championships in Stoke on Trent on Thursday.
Reynolds defeated Mahmood in the quarter-final of last year’s competition but was controversially beaten in the final by Aled Cooke as leading 9-5 going into the final round, he lost out 13-12.
This time he made no mistake though, dominating Mahmood from the outset, winning rounds one and three and just edging round two.
