Tables have turned for Marco Stephenson

THE tables have turned according to Shamrock fighter Marco Stephenson who recorded the second victory of his pro career at the Bedford Corn Exchange on Friday night, writes Mark Wood.

'Technician' Stephenson bounced back from his controversial defeat last time out at York Hall by stopping Stuart Maddox 2.55mins into the first round to level up his career record at two wins and two defeats.

The 28-year-old Lutonian said: "It was a brillant way to come back. I'm loving it.

"Now the tables will turn and I'm just looking forward to the future, I'll be very, very busy."
