Bulls-eye for Fliers as they near the title
G-CASINO Luton Fliers claimed a dramatic 62-61 victory at the Bedford Bulls in Herts Premier League Division One during the week.
The Bulls notoriously field a stronger team at home, while Fliers were missing one of their top scorers in guard Ali Miller and grizzled veteran, burly power forward Jock Mackay.
Both teams struggled out of the blocks in a very low scoring first quarter as Fliers struggled to convert easy scores near the rim.
