Majestic had first go of the pitch and totalled 130-7 as Majid Khan finished with 2-16 from his four overs.
Khan then made an undefeated 36 as Tigers reached 134-6 in the final over.
Hatters were 23-run winners over Kingsway in their clash.
Batting first, Hatters made 138-5 as Naseer top-scored with 50.
