Harvey is the cream of the crop for Dunstable

Dunstable Town were comfortable eight-wicket winners over Northwood in their Saracens Herts League Division Two clash on Saturday.

Stuart Harvey took 5-34 as Northwood were all out for 163, while Andy Boocock (54), Lee Pratt (56) and 48 not out from Mahesh Bhutiya saw Dunstable reach 164-2.

Victory lifts Dunstable to second and the title is in their own hands as they have two games left, with their final match at home to leaders Reed.

Luton Town & Indians were denied a potential victory by the weather in their match against Chipperfield Clarendon. Town were well on top having kept Clarendon to 119-9 thanks to Divyesh Patel taking 3-29 and Dhiren Salvi’s 3-49.

Luton were then 2-0 when the rain came.
