Having won the toss and elected to bat, Storm reached 70-1 at the halfway stage before finishing on 138-4 as some tight bowling and excellent fielding restricted their total.

Usman Malik was the star with a quickfire 35.

In reply, Hurricane lost an early wicket, but with patient batting through the middle overs, the run-rate never got above eight an over. Zahoor Ur Rehman gave another man of the match performance with an unbeaten 70 as Hurricane reached their total in 19 overs.
