Luton triumph thanks to ton-derful Jeremy
AN unbeaten century from Jeremy Page saw Luton Town & Indians to a fine seven-wicket victory at Knebworth Park IIs in their Saracens Herts League Division Two clash on Saturday.
Needing 240 to win, Page made an excellent 103 not out, adding 156 for the first wicket with Mehmood Ali (68), while Mohammed Harooon hit 23.
In Knebworth’s innings, Adnan Bashir took 3-49 and Nitin Parsooth claimed 3-96 as Park reached 239-8 from 53 overs.
