Page sees Town home as does Barker in Dunstable’s triumph

Chasing 155 for victory, Page added 86 for the second wicket with Mohammed Haroon (45), before his side slipped from 96-1 to 116-5.

He kept his nerve though and with Nitin Parsooth (29 not out) saw Town home.

Earlier, Divyesh Patel (3-30), Parsooth (3-54) and Khizer Manzoor (2-34) were on form with the ball as Langleybury made 154-8 in 53 overs.

Dave Barker’s unbeaten half century saw Dunstable enjoy a six wicket win at Northchurch in Division Two.

The hosts were dismissed for 145 in their innings as Brad Matthews, Sam Cherry and Mike Alston all took two wickets each.

Dunstable’s reply off to a flier with Felix Odell’s rapid 35, before Barker compiled 55 not out as his side reached 146-4.
