The hosts had taken an early lead, before a great catch and drive saw Aaron White-Martinez dot down with Kevin Boland converting.

Dees then moved 14-5 in front courtesy of White-Martinez’s second score, with Boland’s boot doing the rest.

A penalty from Boland, plus Scott Warren’s try, also converted, saw Dees 24-5 in front at the break.

Two tries plus one conversion put St Neots back in the match at 24-17, but the visitors re-asserted their authority as Mattie Anderson went over twice in quick succession.

Matthew Knight crossed to make it 39-17, although a converted score brought St Neots to within 10 points.

However. Dees ran riot late on as Duncan Holmes and Campbell Haig went over, with Boland adding one conversion.
