Dunstable impress at Watford Open

Dunstable Swimming Club enjoyed some fine performances at the Watford Open recently, picking up 22 medals.

Harry Constantine won gold in the 100m breaststroke with a Regional qualifying time, before claiming three more golds, one silver and also a bronze.

Sam Mead won gold in the 50m freestyle and 50m breaststroke, before picking up two silvers and a bronze.

Chantal Smith won silver in the 200m individual medley with a personal best and then just missed the podium in the 50m freestyle, while Eleanor King achieved silver in the 50m and 100m and backstroke.

Anna Newton won silver in the 100m breaststroke and picked up bronze in the 50m breaststroke too, while Rachel Dawson managed silvers in the 50m and 200m breaststroke.
