Dunstable SC enjoy record-breaking success
A LARGE number of swimmers from Dunstable Swimming Club earned huge success at the Bedfordshire County Championships recently.
Between all the swimmers the club won an impressive 10 gold, two silver and nine bronze medals, achieved 71 PBs and finished fifth overall on the medal table.
Alex Kerr won the first of the club’s gold medals in the 1,500m freestyle, before he beat his personal best by eight seconds to win silver in the 400m freestyle followed by a bronze in both the 200m individual medley and freestyle.
