Fliers see off Bulls
Fliers had several players missing due to injury and work commitments and the game turned into a defensive battle.

Hide AdThe game was broken open in the third quarter as Fliers won it by 10 points, and they were able to keep a 12-point margin through to end the game.
With a height advantage and outside shooters missing, it was no surprise that two of Fliers’ big men, Neil Mackay with 14 points and Chris Whybrow with 11, were their top scorers.
All the players contributed to the win and Paddy Hegarty did especially well at point guard after missing several weeks of the season.
G-Casino Luton now look forward to four home games in November with some tough league matches against Genting Raiders, Cambridge Cougars and Cambridge Cats.
