The team completed an extraordinary treble success this season; winning the Bedfordshire Intermediate Cup, the SSMFL North and West Division, and being crowned overall champions of the Reserve Section of the SSMFL – triumphing in a play-off final against St Margaretsbury, the champions of the South and East Division.

With an average age of just over 19, the success shows that AFC are going in the right direction by promoting youth within the ranks.

A special mention goes to Brayden Judge, 18, who started out as a eight-year-old and has played at every age group for AFC, becoming the first player in the club to do so.

The team and staff were greeted by the Town Mayor of Dunstable Liz Jones and were honoured for their achievements.

During the reception, she congratulated the squad and handed out the championship trophy and medals for the SSMFL North and West Reserve Division.

Meanwhile, AFC Dunstable have announced the dates and times for their youth trials for next season, held at Creasey Park.
