AFC Dunstable well beaten by Holmer Green
New manager Steve Heath’s first game in charge of AFC Dunstable ended in a 5-1 home thrashing by Holmer Green in the Molten Spartan SML Premier Division on Saturday.
A first half hat-trick from Dean Powles (29, 34 and 44) put Holmer in charge.

Hide AdCraig Butler scored AFC’s consolation with 15 minutes to go, but further goals from Ashley Kelynack (79) and Tom Fifield (88) made sure of victory for the visitors.
AFC go to Chesham United Res in the second round of the Challenge Trophy on Wednesday, on Saturday they go to Hillingdon Borough in the league and then head to Hatfield Town on Tuesday.
