AFC promote Taylor and announce three new signings

AFC Dunstable reserve team manager Kevin Taylor, who is now in his 15th year with the club, has stepped up to become first team coach.

Meanwhile, the club have also announced former Yeovil and Hemel player Dan Hutchins, who more recently had a spell with Dunstable Town, has signed, while striker Richard Worrell is on board too. Promising young defender George Higley has also joined from Barton Rovers, while the club are hoping to have six more new signings confirmed next week.

AFC won 4-1 at Kentish Town in their first friendly on Saturday. This weekend, they travel to Totternhoe, before hosting Hemel Hempstead on Wednesday, followed by a derby against Dunstable Town on Saturday, July 28.

AFC, whose first team kit sponsor is Sean Hoare of ECL Civil Engineering, also have home friendlies against Aylesbury United and Guildford City before the season starts on August 10.
